1.     I am surrounded by some of the best people this planet has to offer

2.     You’re never too old to play outside

3.     Running continues to be my favorite way to navigate life

4.     Yoga will always be my place to reground in what’s truly important to me

5.     Waking up in a dew-covered tent makes me happy

6.     Mother nature is beautiful – she also doesn’t play by your rules

7.     Not everything is whimsical and romantic, but it’s a lot more fun when you give it space to be

8.     Supporting others in their pursuit of…almost anything will never go out of style

9.     It’s okay to start over

10.  Money spent on travel will provide the best reimbursement

11.  People will pass judgment and hold opinions, how empowering to stand for something – it’s even more empowering to know you don’t have to stand with them

12.  Carving the first lines down a mountain with the loml is a core memory I’ll never forget

13.  There are few things that compare to the joy found in friends gathered around a campfire
